Do Not Take Out of O!
Please do not PM nor contact us in any manner for permission regarding the reposting or retranslating of our articles. We will not reply to any of those messages. Thank you. [TRANS] 091206 Max Matsuura Mail News T/N: Max Matsuura is one of the founders and the current CEO of Avex. Max Matsuura's Mail News service is only available to his subscribers on syncl blog. You can only get his daily mail news once he approves you into his friend list. His blog is open to public, but these mail news are not, so they contain more of his private thoughts and opinions. He usually writes about his life and work, and I will only translate parts that he talks about Tohoshinki. (IMG:http://i45.tinypic.com/mwfwcg.jpg) I am Matsuura who's having a headache not because of my 2-day hangover. Good morning. Right now there are many things that happen in the world. There are things that we are not able to control. Disputes between different religions and wars are some examples of that. People often look at their own profits and fail to see what's really important to them. However, depend on one's belief and religion, that important thing will be different among each individual. Moreover, as more people get involved in, to control it is [more difficult]…. On top of that, to expect that everything will be resolved smoothly without any sacrifice is kind of…. Then, in order to solve what is called the problem here, we need to know who your opponent is. In a Japanese internet company, it'll be hard to identify your opponent unless you use the power of state. In the real world, to settle conflicting opinions among different cultures, even if we know who our opponent is, it will be difficult to come to a mutual agreement. I am just speaking this as in common opinion, and I do not mean to talk about a specific matter. However, I am sure that a lot of people would be able to apply your situation to what I said, so let's think about it. Similarly, let's apply this kind of thinking to things that happen to us, even if it's not related to this situation. Since we are human beings, it is normal to fall into such thoughts; however, in contrast, people who do not fall into such thoughts will find it hard to understand what I am talking about. When I read the comments on my blog, I know that there are a lot of problems that are going on right now. Even so, I cannot write anything about them…. Please understand the reason why I am not able to write about these. It is totally different than saying "I cannot write", "I do not write", "I am not working on it". I am not able to write about any conclusion or about any unclear information here. Even if I have the total authority, taking into consideration of the people who are involved and related, I will not be able to write or make any announcement here. It is totally different from saying "I cannot write" and "I am not working on it". However, even if we really wish to stay that "We worked on it", but I'm afraid that we'll have to say that even we ourselves are not sure whether we can work on it or not. [omitted] [TRANS] 091207 Max Matsuura Mail News (IMG:http://i49.tinypic.com/wl22wh.jpg) [omitted] My basic job is to make people happy, but lately, it doesn't necessarily work that way anymore… I really do not want to go through sorrows just for the sake of happiness. However, I can sense the pressure concerning the result and the other side of the entertainment business.. I thought to myself, if I don't go through such pain and happiness, would I be able to become an adult? Because that's what my young self cannot do. That's why I always go through pain and happiness at the same time. I understand [all that you say], but there are things that I am not capable of doing. I am sure that fans of this/these artist(s) wouldn't be satisfied with such feelings. But let me tell you, even I myself do not know what I want to say. There are things that I love and hate about this industry, and I'm sure I'll be going through various new experiences from now on. That is why I always tell myself "Do not lose no matter what" (Zettee makenee). [omitted] T/N: Although these mail news are not directly related to Tohoshinki, I decided to translate them, because beside talking about his recent stress at work, he also mentions about a certain artist's fans and gives us some hints. In case you don't know, some Tohoshinki fans are starting to be rude and unreasonable on his blog. However, since he doesn't give out any name here, you decide it yourselves about who he's talking about here. In case you want to leave a message to support Max Matsuura, do it HERE and we'll help you to transfer your message to him. Because such a hardworking CEO deserves more nice comments than rude ones (: Source: Max Matsuura's Mail News Translation: linhkawaii @ OneTVXQ.com Credits: OneTVXQ.com { One World. One Red Ocean. Thank you for this translation, bb.
Maybe I was reading too much into it, but I actually believed he was trying to say or hint something about the issues regarding our boys. I almost felt that, he too, was receiving stress from the whole bullpoop that is going on. Fighting Maxie! <3~ |

He's stressed and frustrated. But I appreciate his honesty.
@yama: thanks for the info! I didn't see the link to "HERE" at the top. I thought they mean here as in this post (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif) This post has been edited by rungratb: Dec 9 2009, 07:25 PM |

@ rungratb and saranghanuntvxq
you need to post that message here http://www.onetvxq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=7584\ (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) thanks a lot for the translation!! ahh i think i understand what he means.. it's really not necessarry of people commenting rude msgs on his blog... it will only worsen the situation, that's not what a real fan should do. this kinda reminds me of some news i read somewhere (i think it was here or so!?!) where the fans were warned about SM going to play dirty games... as in, they will try anything to destroy the destroy the relationship between jaechunsu, homin and their fans. the article said that SM would make someone (who works for them) pose as a fake DBSK fan and make him comment rude and wrong stuff about DBSK to spread false rumors and make the situation worse.... ahh i hope this is not really happening now... i'll pray for everything to.. to become the way which is the best for everyone.. linhchan, thank you so much for the long trans! I know it should have taken a long time to pick out the right words, since this is a serious letter and we really need to convey his words exactly the way we wrote them. I couldn't have done this myself. Special cheers~~~~
Yes, I was worried too when I read his letter. But, Mr. Matsuura is being really honest, and we should learn from his words. I don't know of another CEO in the Japanese Entertainment industry that is so kind and considerate, we shouldn't tire him out by all those negative talkings. Let's just convey our messages that we will wait and believe in Mr. Matsuura, and also thank him for all of his concerns and supports. Always keep the faith! |

that was pretty long
thanx for sharing i am speechless right now...dnt know what to say<thinking> what max wrote in his blog was from some0ne who is badly affected by something, and is torn between two things, things that will affect him. i feel really sorry for him because his is stressed out by a certain situation that he knew he cant do something.Whatever he is talking about will be reveal soon i suppose...very very cryptic.it makes you thikn if its good or bad, but the way he is talking sound so bad.i'm getting really scared already.but whatever the outcome of what he is talking about i hope my heart can get over it..it my hurt or not.hope to know what this is... really confuse right now |

Whatever he's talking about, we know that he IS stressed about that, and instead of leaving unreasonable comments on his blog, lets jsut try to commend him the awesome things he has done for us already.
When I was reading this, I felt rather heavy, because he is suffering from many things..it gives the feeling of wanting to help.. I really admire Matsuura-san. thanks for sharing!!! |

I like his letter. I somehow feel my stuck in this like that. THanks for his smart writing. Try not hurt to anyone.
Every aldut has the right to BE HIMSELF/HERSELF. He/she is happy or not with his/her decision. however people said “we reap as we sow” . The “reap” already exist in the “seed”. But the “reap” could be shown later, long or short time. Myself respect people with hardwork, commitment and warm heart no matter how they look or how smart they are. I beleive with the hardwork, commitment and warm heart, they will receive a lot of love and bless. |
