Hello to the fellow Citizens of Dong Bang City! This is teemania welcoming you to DongBangCity. Thank you very much for paying a visit to us and we hope you enjoy our many different attractions we have. We should probably help you along the way to the different places and stores so you should definitely not skip anything if you don’t want to miss out – otherwise you would be lost, now that doesn’t sound cool does it?

This small town you live in is O! Town which is in Dong Bang City, located on Shin Ki Island (see what we did there eh, eh, eh? *wiggles eyebrows*). Hopefully you can enjoy the new theme because we worked extremely hard for it!

Not a small amount of things have changed since you last step foot so please read everything to get the full understanding of the city.

Firstly, we shall give you an insight to how this City came to existence.

Months ago we asked you for input on what our new theme should look like and how you wanted it. We took everything you said into consideration and began the planning. Beginning with long-lasting meetings, we pretty much had finished with the theme but then we personally wasn’t satisfied with it so it was scratched and we started again.

So how did we come to what we have now, I don’t see a connection? Well, it funnily came through from the Purple Line lyrics and it wasn’t just a normal part of the Purple Line song, but more of a case of what… Chungrish? It was the quote “We gotta purple line that”. However, the whole look came from The Simpsons town, Springfield! Believe it or not, you can find inspiration from a cartoon! So we thought it would be pretty cool to have our own little nation. You probably have heard the quote, “There are so much TVXQ fans they could form their own country!” and here we are to make it true.

To cut this fairytale short, one of our Graphic Artists came up with the name Dong Bang City and we went along with it and that’s exactly how O! Town, in Dong Bang City on Shin Ki Island came to be built.

This time, we had a much smaller team working on this theme. To start off, I have to thank the four wonderful Graphic Artists ♪. (Saz), JAEVIRUS★ (Annie), Ari*shokku! (Ari) and jaeholiC* (Karina). Without these four working their bottoms off, this theme would be completely non existent and we would have sadly still had been looking at Jaenuary.

I personally want to thank 'jaebabyy for being such a great motivator, and giving all these ridiculously crazy ideas (which has now become the theme) to work with. Then finally, thanking ɐıuɐɯǝǝʇ for taking part in everything from saying “it’s possible to do that” to coding the teaser page, to finishing up the whole layout to satisfaction .

This theme will last from 6+ months but that doesn’t mean we won’t change things around. Take my word for it when I say we will!

Our cafepress has finally be updated and upgraded~ Before we only had our forum t-shirt but now we've decided to add designs that actually has something to do with TVXQ.

Our prices range from $10-$20 and by buying from Cafepress, you are also helping towards the forum; every dollars counts as it goes towards our future projects and forum server. O!'s Stand with regards to Cassiopeia's Boycott on SM Ent.

Many of you would have heard or read of Cassiopeia's boycott over SM Ent. produced merchandise and products as referred to in this LINK. Here at O!, we have decided to maintain a neutral stance towards the boycott of SM Ent.

We cannot represent and speak for every single member in O!, neither would we be taking part in influencing your decision to support or resist the boycott.

There are those who would agree, and others who would disagree with regards to the boycott. There is no blatant right or wrong in each and everyone's opinion. Every single reasoning behind or against the boycott has its merits and rationale. Hence, we support each and every single member's decision on this issue as it is your own personal decision to make.

The lawsuit, as it is, is hurting the boys emotionally, mentally and physically. By not creating problems within ourselves, and dividing further over difference in opinions over the boycott, its the least we could do for the 5 that we love so dearly.

Fighting for whose opinion is more justified, will not make us a better Cassiopeia, neither will it make us a superior fan. We should all agree to disagree. It is a difficult and trying period of time, have respect and patience for your fellow fans, however different your opinions will be. At the end of the day, we need to remember to be One. One Cassiopeia for our TVXQ.

Note: No arguments/bashing/unconstructive comments will be tolerated. The main reason this has been posted up would be to maintain harmony. The negative energy from arguing/bashing will only defeat the main purpose of this announcement.

This is a new logo belonging to us, and will be staying with us. We hope everyone will make use of this logo!

You will be seeing this logo often because we will be watermarking our images (fan-taken, scans, project images etc) and using it as much as possible in a term of promotion! So please make use of this logo if you're doing anything TVXQ or OneTVXQ related because it's another great way of getting the word out. You are allowed to watermark your images (along with tagging your name along with it) as long as they are taken by yourself.

All of you would have probably noticed by now of the Allkpop bar floating at the top of the forum and if you have not been an active reader of Allkpop then you probably wouldn't know why it's there.

Recently, we were contacted by an Allkpop staff, on the possible collaboration in a project that they were planning. The main staff of O! have discussed amongst themselves, on whether we should take up the offer. Ultimately, we weighed out the pros and cons and reached a consensus, which was that we agreed to be a part of the Allkpop Fan Network.

To some, Allkpop might not have the best reputation, and that as TVXQ fans, we might not have agreed on some of the TVXQ articles that were posted, controversial or not. However, we do acknowledge the fact that Allkpop is working towards the goal of being the biggest and fastest news source for international fans.

It would be nothing short of beneficial for O! to be a part of such a positive change. O! was doing good before the Allkpop collaboration. However, there is always room for improvement, and now with this collaboration with Allkpop, we aim to do even better.

We don't want our members to think that just because we have agreed to this project and has put up the Allkpop's toolbar, our forum and staff are being helmed by them. We assure you that's not going to happen.

OneTVXQ is managed by its members and that's how it's going to stay. Our first priority will always be O! and it's members.

We don't want any of you to lose faith in us just because we have agreed to working with Allkpop. We want to make a positive change along with allkpop and the other forums in the network. Together, we have one aim and that is to try to closen the gap between fans of different artistes.

This is just a small step towards that goal but at least we're taking up this challenge. So to all our beloved O! family members, don't think of this collaboration as a negative issue, think of it positively. It will not only benefit us but also, the international Kpop fandom as a whole.

Hello to all. I'm the founder of this lovely forum, OneTVXQ.

It's been a year since I've brought up the idea of creating an International fan forum; an International home for all fans around the world. Time has sure passed by really quickly since then. My staff and myself would like to thank you for all your support during this one year and hope that we'll be able to welcome more new moments together for OneTVXQ.

Many would wonder, why did I bring up the idea of creating this forum despite the fact there's so many out there for TVXQ?

Basically it was because there's too many forums and I want OneTVXQ to be at the centre of all forums to gather. And along with it, when I brought up the idea of having a International forum, not one forum for our boys was really active at the period. Fans were segregated all over the place. Therefore I decided to do something about it, bringing the fandom and international fans together, to be more active and in touch with each other. =)

What's so different about OneTVXQ from the year before is that we have achieved many things and overcame alot of obstacles. We're currently affiliates with many big forums and also exclusively with allkpop in the Fan Network. We've also ran several projects such as "Stand by You Project", contests for the members, and many more which were very successful. =) I thank every member and staff member who has made it happened.

On a current note, OneTVXQ is running a few projects for the boys despite the fact that they're currently facing problems with SM Entertainment. OneTVXQ would not be taking any stand as to who we support. We will be maintaining a neutral ground. TVXQ is made up of 5 members. We will support every single one of the 5 as unique individuals regardless of the circumstances or decisions made by them. Please do continue believing in our boys, the TVXQ who has strived so hard to give us fans everything they could.

We are also working on getting as many connections as possible to our TVXQ boys. So if anyone does have any connections in helping us get to the boys, please contact the admins or myself. =)

For our future goals, we hope to work towards being the #1 Official Forum home for many fans and to try to get more contact with the boys.

Have fun spazzing in OneTVXQ and should you meet with any problems with the mods or other members, do NOT fight within the thread or via PM even. Contact the admins or myself to see how we can resolve the problem peacefully.

☇ THE ONETVXQ! RULES:
Hello to all. I'm the founder of this new forum. Please do respect all staff who are working on building and maintaining the forum. If there's anything you're unhappy about, please PM the admins, mods or myself to work things out. Rules are made to be followed. Please follow them to avoid any misunderstanding. Each of our threads have a different set of rules so if you're confused of how to work things out, please look at the rules. Still unsure? PM the mods of the respective threads.

☇ GENERAL RULES:
Please read through the rules carefully. If you still don't get it, read it again and then PM a moderator if you're still unsure. We want everyone to be able to have fun without having to get a warning from the staff.

▪ BE ACTIVE. We welcome everyone in the forum but to keep the place up and running with active members is the key. So please be around from time to time to keep up with the OneTVXQ! forum family. The adminstrators will do clean-ups of registered members who haven't posted in six months. If you don't have at least five posts within your first six months of posting, then you're subject to be taken off the registration list. The last bit will be enforced when the forum has turned one year.

▪ NO BASHING. No bashing of our boys or other artistes that are said here. We're all here to love the boys and and to show our love. If you're unhappy with the boys etc, do it somewhere else. This is a friendly forum where I wish that everyone gets along well here. The same goes for forum members; do NOT create drama with someone else. If you have a problem with a certain member, please PM someone from moderating team. If you don't want to do that, please bring your "drama" elsewhere.

▪ NO SPAMMING. We do want this forum to be fun for everyone but please keep spamming to a minimum. We have a few subforums/threads that allow such posts but they won't be counted toward your post count. It's hard to work this forum out so do avoid spamming. Spamming also includes emoticon only or one-liner replies; try to reply with more than just the usual phrases (Omg, he's so hot! or Thanks for this!). Don't start any convo-ing among other members; this in considered spamming. Please continue your conversation with another member through PM.

▪ POST IN ENGLISH ONLY. Please post or reply in English since this is an English-based international forum. Unless it's an article you wish to have someone helping you to translate. But please do avoid posting in other languages unless you can provide a translation underneath then it's fine as long as we're able to appreciate your thoughts.

▪ NO EXPLICIT LANGUAGE. We do have the swearing filter turned on but try not to go around on that. You will be warned.

▪ ONE ACCOUNT PER PERSON. Do not make multiple accounts! Once you have registered, you must keep that username and live with it. If we find that you have more than one upon discovery, we will delete the rest and you will only get to keep the first one. If you happen to have made a mistake when registering (username typo mainly), please PM one of the admins listed above (under the moderating team) and tell them about it.

▪ NO HOTLINKING. Absolutely no hotlinking any of our translation templates. We would like the news to be always there and nicely seen to everyone. Please be kind and upload them to another server (ImageShack, TinyPic, and Photobucket).

▪ CREDIT IS A MUST. PLEASE credit us properly if you're getting anything out like translations, news articles, and the likes. Also credit where your news comes from. Do not create any rumors or anything else that will just create a bigger controversy among other members.

▪ TAG PROPERLY. When starting a topic, tag your topics PROPERLY. Each forum has its own rules. Read them first. All tags must be in CAPITAL LETTERS.

▪ DO NOT DUPLICATE TOPICS. Please make sure the topic you're to start hasn't been made already. Go through the thread you're viewing and make sure that it hasn't been made by another member. If you accidentally post the topic, please PM a moderator right away.

▪ READ PINNED TOPICS. Self-explanatory. The pinned topics are pinned for a reason. Please read them thoroughly before posting at the subforum/thread you're in. They include rules that are made for the particular area you're viewing.

☇ AVATAR, SIGNATURE, AND PROFILE RULES:

─ AVATARS:
The maximum size (dimensions) for an avatar is 100x100 of a file size that does not exceed 50kb. Of course, .GIFs are allowed to be your avatar as long as you don't exceed the size. This is a friendly forum so please keep your avatar rated G/PG. Do not try to do anything funny (which includes explicit language, nudity, and the likes) to your avatar or else you'll be warned.

─ SIGNATURES:
- Maximum of THREE banners and FOUR lines of text.
- Maximum of FIVE icons. (only IF you're not using banner(s)/blinkie(s))
- Maximum of SIX lines of text (only IF you're not using banners/blinkies/icons)
- Maximum size of your banners would be 400x150 and 250kb. Do not exceed the size!
- No advertisement of TVXQ forums/sites in your signatures.
Equivalence: 1 banner = 1 blinkie = 2 icons

─ PROFILES:
Please do not have any explicit language in your personal profile; we have the filter on but some users have ways to go around this. Please try NOT to do that at any cost. This is a family friendly forum so please keep it clean. If your profile contains anything inappropriate, you will be warned and the offending material will be deleted immediately upon discovery.

If found violating these rules, you're going to be warned. First is through PM. If caught violating it repeatedly, greater punishment will be given.

Shoutbox Rules

Shoutbox's Rules

Please follow these rules so that the usage of the shoutbox can be a pleasant experience for everyone.

1. Welcome any new members into the shoutbox, make them feel that they're a part of the forum!

2. Ignore all anti-fans! They will be banned by the staff that are around. Don't fall for their traps of angering fans!
- If you're going to entertain them, more trouble will arise.

3. Do not cuss/swear in the shoutbox.

4. Do not use BBcodes such as [ IMG ] etc. No changing of font colors, size etc either.

5. NO SPAMMING! No more than 8 shouts in a row please. Do not flood the shoutbox.

6. Do not post HUGE chunks of text. Not more than 4 lines in a chunk of text.

7. NO SPAMMING OF LINKS EITHER! No more than 5 links in a row

8. DO NOT use CAPS.

You should have more lower case letters than your the BIG ones.

9. Speak ENGLISH only in the shoutbox, it's an International forum so we all have to understand you!

10. Maintain friendliness and be respectful of others in the shoutbox.

11. Do not spread rumours in the shoutbox!

121. Do not give out your personal information in the shoutbox (eg. your phone number, address etc.)

13. Do not ask for any download links for albums or singles...We encourage you to buy it to support DBSK!

14. No drama in the shoutbox, keep it friendly. And we MEAN, Absolutely NO DRAMA AT ALL. If you have issues regarding the forum, please speak with the staff about it, if not, do NOT by ANY means bring your personal drama into the Shoutbox. AT ALL.

15. Listen to the Moderators/Admins if they tell you to stop doing something.

16. No discussion of Porn-related things.
- which includes YAOI or other explicit stuff.

17. No links to outside communities. If a person wants a link, PM it to them.

18. No sharing of personal details on the shoutbox (E.g. email address, phone number etc.) PM whoever asked for it.

19. No excessive use of emoticons on the shoutbox.

DO NOTE (IMPORTANT!):
☆ You are allowed up to 3 warnings after breaking rules in the shoutbox.
☆ Reach 3 warnings and you will be banned for 1-2 days depending on the severity of the rules you have broken.
☆ Your warnings will last for 1 month and after a month, your warnings will be erased from the records.
☆ If you were banned for up to 3 times you are automatically banned from the shoutbox and won't be allowed back on indefinitely.
